The bs talk about racism over the african immigrant dying at arnotts needs to stop. He was shoplifting, and no, that doesn't deserve a death sentence. But he also broke an elderly man's hip in a violent struggle. He deserved to be restrained for that to protect the vulnerable members of our society from harm from him. Also, there was an african security guard involved and another immigrant t who was the one kneeling on his neck/head. IT'S NOT RACISM YOU WEIRDOS.

Yves Sakila was a habitual criminal, known in Dublin's homeless community as an anti-social thug and that even his age was in question!

Yves Sakila is the Congolese National who died during an altercation with security staff outside Arnotts after he tried fleeing with stolen merchandise, subsequently seriously injuring an 82 year old man collecting for charity outside Arnotts.

Real Irish News has received documentation and information anonymously from sources within the civil service and from within the homeless community in Dublin that outline the kind of character that Yves Sakila was and that even his very age of 35 is in question.

Upon Sakilas arrival in 2004, his claims to be a 13 year old were immediately flagged as suspicious by immigration officials as he appeared much older then a teenager, he also had no documentation nor could any documentation be collected to determine his real age, therefore his actual age has never been determined by immigration and state authorities yet he was processed and allowed permission to stay regardless.
Lack of documentation and claims of being under 18 are a common act of deception used by African Asylum Seekers.

In terms of his behavior since arriving in Ireland, he has a lengthy criminal record spanning back to 2011, and was a regular fixture in Dublins Criminal Court on Parkgate Street, with charges ranging from public order, shop lifting to attacks on Gardaí.

A Source within the Salvation Army has confirmed to Real Irish News that Sakila was well known and not well liked within the homeless community in Dublin for being particularly violent and unpredictable and was banned from a number of homeless shelters and hostels across Dublin City.
It is not confirmed if alcohol/drug abuse or mental illness was a factor in his actions.

Mainstream media in conjunction with their partners in the NGO class will try alter facts and misdirect the facts in regards his immigration and criminal record, much like was done with the George nKencho case in which criminal and other information was deliberately suppressed and outright misrepresented.
Therefore we will be presenting official documentation in coming days should the establishment take this juncture.

The question is not how Yves Sakila died.

But why he was allowed remain in Ireland despite his vast criminal history?

It's very simple, don't steal and assault an 80-year-old Irish man and you won't end up face down on the ground.

Instead of having a conversation about rough treatment of black men, we should be having a conversation about why a man from the Congo is in Ireland in the first place and why he's stealing from Arnotts and assaulting the elderly.

He made a reckless choice and if he was Irish, nobody would care.

You and I never have to worry about dying in the street with Arnotts security guards on top of us because we don't steal and assault pensioners.
