@Allianz it's been 27 days since I've filed my claim and no response. This is not good customer service. @Gate1Travel you need to vet your people better
@LATAMAirlines Not enough or fast enough. This compensation is unacceptable. I spent more for on clothing over the 10 days. The aggravation alone is worth more than what you're offering. Be better. Do better @Gate1Travel @se_xeyness
So, after 10 days of no response @LATAMAirlines us telling me that I have to wait 14 days and giving me a fraction of charges I incur and the value of my suitcase and its contents. No sir. Get me your supervisor @Gate1Travel get them off your list
It's been 8 days @LATAMAirlines and no one has called or directed me to file a claim. I've reached my limit. If customer service is too busy to answer, then how many bags are you losing? @Gate1Travel please remove LATAM from your preferred list. need to file a claim for my loss

When I told my friends that @LATAMAirlines lost my luggage and the customer service SUCKS, their responses were unanimously "never heard of them". I wish @Gate1Travel never introduced me to them
