71-year-old Callitxe Nzamwita, who has lived in isolation for over 55 years due to an intense fear of women, believed to be a rare condition known as gynophobia.

At 16, he built a 15-foot fence around his home and hasn't ventured out since. Despite his fear, the local women provide him with essentials, tossing food and clothes into his yard from a distance.
