i also understand that not everything will always go according to plan.

it was brought to my attention that some of you were not received as warmly or as efficiently as you should have been. i also learned that our doors didn’t open on time because some of the people assigned to that responsibility did not follow protocol or arrive on time. on top of that, i was informed that a few guests were asked to leave their seats by a member of the venue staff for reasons i still don’t fully understand. i’m currently looking into what happened.

regardless of where those shortcomings came from, my team and i take full responsibility for any inconvenience anyone may have experienced. if your experience was affected in any way, i sincerely apologize.

one thing about us is that we pay attention. we listen, we collect feedback, & we do our best to improve every single time. our goal has never been to simply put on a show. it’s always been to create an experience that people genuinely enjoy and remember for the right reasons.

despite those hiccups, you stayed. you sang, you cheered, you laughed, you shared the moment with us, & together we had a beautiful night. that means more to me than i can put into words.
