One of the wildest night sky moments for Prince Edward Island. This rarely, or perhaps never happens. Kp 9 with a -30 Bz placed the eye of the storm directly overhead with 360 views lasting from 10pm all the way to 4am.

@LouiseMartinCBC Or at least keep them for the partial eclipse next year. 85% coverage for PEI on Mar 29, 2025, 30 minutes after sunrise.

Totality over Prince Edward Island. The mid-day sunset was short but a wonderful opportunity to experience. I was skeptical but now believe in the difference between 99% and 100%. PEI, let's do it again in 2079. Mark the calendars for May 1st.
