Spent the best part of £700 on 2 car seats & the Base Z on the presumption I’d be able to use the seats for my 2nd child & now I’m told by @cybex_global that I’d need to buy a 3rd carseat for 2nd baby as they no longer stock the Base Z! Outrageous!!

Absolutely appalling customer service from @cybex_global! Less than 2 years of owning the Cloud Z & Sirona Z car seats & they have now changed the Base Z isofix so that the new Z2 base isn’t compatible with either seat!!

@MCRMetrolink Absolutely appalling service - kicked off a tram to for Altrincham at Old Trafford (it’s now going back to Piccadilly!) only to watch a tram for Altrincham on the opposite platform depart before any passengers could get to it! Next tram 8 minutes! What a joke!!
