@JonHaidt Don’t like your grade in class? Cool, talk to the teacher. Because of this she’s able to navigate hard convos with her peers and gets compliments on how she carries herself older than 15!

@JonHaidt I have a 15yr old and from a young age we made her order for herself at a restaurant, and talk to adults. Playing sport has also helped her! She has a problem with the coach and playing time? Cool, you go talk to them?

Great weekend in the Perfect Game Softball Showcase in Shawnee, Kansas! Had an overall .636 AVG with .715 OBP, and 2 SB. I love the challenge of getting to face older teams in the 16u division!

So proud of this kid she had .273 BA at the end of last spring and finished this spring with a .450! Way to put it the extra work and make adjustments!

Put it in play and fun things will happen! These girls are a first year 14u team and played up in 16u!

My girl had been it a hitting slump so she went back to her roots and slapped! She did well and then had a great time causing chaos on the bases!
