Happy Mother's Day to all my mothers out here. Mothers are selfless, strong, humble, patient, diligent, and loving. This doesn't mean they are perfect. She will make mistakes because NO One is perfect.

It is a comfort to me to see that victims/survivors take back their power. We can't let the perpetrators continue to hold us hostage. This is another survivor that refused to stay silent. https://t.co/TJVTBEAg3W
I totally agree with this statement. Survivors aren't just existing, the are taking steps to change the narrative and bring more awareness to this pandemic. Cause that is what domestic violence and sexual assault is.
@brendatracy24 Many don't realize that no matter how old you were when you were violated, the memory never goes away. You can heal from it, forgive, but never forget. It takes courage to walk in your truth. This young lady Audrey Champer does just that. https://t.co/TJVTBEAg3W
@ruthmglenn@AtriaBooks@RossYoon@simonschuster@NCADV It is always difficult to stand up against any type of violence. Victims more than often feel they don't have a voice. This age old problem isn't going away. We must continue to speak out and put a name to the offense. https://t.co/TJVTBEAg3W
