I think ordering online is becoming a fuss and a scam now. I have ordered pizza from @pizzahut via @Swiggy. Now they are expected me to have burnt pizza and neither they are replacing my item nor they are providing refund. This is absolutely intolerable. @SwiggyCares

@amazonIN is far better than @Flipkart . At least customer executives from Amazon sort your problems. Flipkart executives are worst. Guys don't get cheated from Flipkart. Never order from this app. I am totally unsatisfied with @Flipkart and @flipkartsupport

Worst experience with @Flipkart @flipkartsupport Seller has written there would be a 10 days return policy on a specified item that I have ordered. But, it's detailed policy states that the product can not be returned. It can only be replaced and repair. This is kinda cheating.

My worst shopping experience is with @firstcryindia The delivery boy has taken my item and no status has been updated regarding this. Now, I am trying to contact customer support but none of them is available. Feels like this company cheates a lot ! Worst experience till now !
