Sam Altman’s Orb startup is under two internal investigations for financial irregularities and bribery of foreign officials in Thailand.

1. The first examines senior leaders who approved seven-figure payments to a foreign firm to artificially boost the Worldcoin token—a potential SEC violation.

2. The second examines the company’s ties to an individual accused by U.S. and Thai officials of involvement in transnational cyber-fraud scams.

Sam is seeking SEC approval for the OpenAI IPO while violating their rules at another company.
