During workouts, we use the phrase “Going to go” often. Meaning: you must have intent when you drive.

Identifying leaders can be difficult. It’s not always your best player or your loudest player.

14) Develop a motor in athletes. Start with conditioning. Challenge them to battle fatigue in practice. Teach them to play tired & still go full speed; require it. Build the motor and you’ll help create an athlete with much more upside and ability.
