My commute from downtown DC to @Dulles_Airport is now just about 15 minutes longer than with the train, even during rush hours. So I am quite pleased that I will be able to leave my car in the garage for the rest of the silver line work.

Whenever @wmata has to do shuttle service during major 🚧, the first few days (first week?) are rough.

But they really have made great strides to iron out the kinks, including more busses & wayfinding signage for the drivers so they don't get lost.

Silver Line express day 6: Today everything worked great, both to and from @Dulles_Airport! No long waits, wrong turns, or route changes! Not as fast as the train but I don't fault @wmata for traffic. Remaining optimistic it continues to improve.

@wmata NO SHUTTLES SERVICING DULLES. All passengers are being sent back from the shuttle stop and told to take the train.
