Sitting by the River Avon, letting the sun do its work.
There's a kind of strength that only comes from stillness — not from pushing harder, but from knowing you don't need to. Peace of mind isn't a luxury.
I'm not in a hurry. I have time.
And that, quietly, is everything. 🌿
I love Georgia.
I walk through Batumi and I hear it all the time — people praising this country for safety and freedom. Not just from Brazil, but also from the UK and the USA.
Not only can they walk at night… they can even hold their phone in their hand without fear.
No podcast. No meditation. No to-do list.
One spontaneous moment, music too loud, laughing at nothing — and suddenly I'm back. Mind clear. Tension gone. System reset.
Most underrated therapy: zero seriousness, one hundred percent presence.

When you pause…
just for a moment…
And leave aside…
everything that feels important.
By the sea…
with the sound of the waves…
And a simple Eastern European classic,
made from soft cottage cheese.
Nothing extraordinary…
and yet…
it feels like everything.
Because how you think shapes what you do —
and what you do shapes your health.
So the question isn’t only:
“Will God act?”
But:
“Am I willing to change?”
Many pray for healing…
but stay in the same patterns.
Same thinking.
Same choices.
Same lifestyle.
Prayer alone doesn’t change that.
Healing requires an open heart,
a renewed mind,
and a willingness to take responsibility
and actually change.
Now I know: one of my first symptoms was trigeminal neuralgia.
That was the beginning of Lyme disease.
I searched for the cause of my symptoms for a long time…
But when I finally heard the words: “LYME DISEASE” - I felt relief. Ufff…
At least now I knew the enemy.
When you tell people what’s happening to you… they look at you like you’ve lost your mind 🥴😵💫
Doctors run tests - and find nothing.
“Everything is fine,” you hear again and again 👍
Then someone suggests: “Maybe you should see a psychiatrist?”
And the worst part - not knowing.
Because sometimes even the hardest diagnosis is better than none.
Better than living in constant pain and uncertainty.
Depression begins to creep in 😩…because it’s hard not to feel it when you’re in pain every day and nobody believes you.
On a foggy day I realized: most problems come from not truly seeing.
Like fog—everything is there, just hidden. The path exists, but our vision is limited.
With illness, we treat symptoms, not the root.
Clarity changes everything. The path was always there.
Can You Really Prevent Lyme Disease?
I spent most of my childhood and teenage years near forests 🌲
I was bitten by ticks, mosquitoes, flies and blackflies 🦟 not 100s, but 1000s of times — often with rashes, swelling, and sometimes even small wounds after scratching too hard.
I can adjust my lifestyle and health practices so that infections in the body do not control my life or cause symptoms.
The real question is not only how infection happens, but how I train myself to overcome the consequences of infection and be ready to fight when needed ⚔️
