What if the family who rents that out simply does it in spare time when they travel? Have you seen the Airbnb fees for hosts? It’s not lucrative

What is the point of driving housing prices down in your neighborhood? News flash, people don’t buy homes where vacancy is high.

@marcatmanor If people turn around and sell these homes you’re going to drive down home market value in your area too. Thus hurting your neighbors and respective homeowners property value. Supply rises demand and pricing goes down.

@marcatmanor What’re you hoping to get out of this though? Putting in this much effort to simply hurt people is ridiculous. You’re also hurting the local area tourism and surrounding business by reducing the number of visitors coming into the area. This seems like a worthless endeavor.
