@ShawnMendes Not a fan of the cover art. I am from NYC, born and raised. Maybe use a picture of the wildfire that is happening in Canada as your cover art, especially since you're trying to raise money for it. Just my opinion 🤷.

@IDme I'm not the one that needs help, but there are over a thousand people that do. If you check the comments on the DOL tweets they post daily, you will see many people commenting underneath, asking why agents are not answering the phones or not releasing payments without information

@NYSLabor @IDme This number is the governors office number and they know that this has been going on and is recommending everyone to use the number so they can help you. Took me 30mins on a phone with a nice lady and she was able to put it through and release the back pay scheduled in 2 days.

@NYSLabor @IDme To whoever is having trouble. Call this number 518-474-8390 and follow the prompts to speak to someone and ask for a direct transfer to the DOL and they will do it. 2 months of no answer and no money but this save me and took 30 mins and got back pay in 2 days.
