Certainly agree with growing past 1 employee. We went from 2 to 6 this year and training is tough.
I guess it depends on the business but most growth comes in phases and if hiring is required for growth its likely because there is already demand that will keep that hire busy. The margin hit should be short term and then you are able to leverage fixed costs to improve margins.
