So people, be aware of @IndiGo6E. Everyone points towards customer service but customer service is just non-existant.

First and last time I’m risking flying with a non-generic aviation company. I usually don’t post rants like this but they’re asking for it at this point… 💩

Excellent customer service!

Paid extra for XL seats for me and the misses and get normal seating in place. When asked to move to Flex (only available seats with extra legroom) you get snapped that you have to pay extra 😂

Their app works even better. An AI assistent passes you with a real person. From the moment you exit the app, your screen closes or just anything interferes with their app, the chat connection drops and you need to start all over. 🎪🤡

If anyone ever thinks about flying with @IndiGo6E, please don’t waste your money here.

Trying to solve this takes ages (they reply and tell you to DM but they straight up ghost you) and ground personel is more interested in flirting with colleagues than helping customers..

Update after 4 hour flight:

- legs are broken
- flight attendants just don’t care at all About anyone but business class clients
- they still asked if anyone is interested in buying the 2 bigger seats that weren’t taken 😂
