This whole experience has taught me that i am not the mature, demure, mindful person I thought i was and am in fact a clown who just hadn't met a person she liked enough yet
Because obviously if he didn't want to keep going out I'd respect that, and obviously i don't wanna like get married and have his babies but then sometimes. SOMETIMES, it's like, if i could live inside his chest i would
Him, only sends two messages:
Me: and you know what? That's alright, texting is false intimacy. This isn't a signal our feelings have changed, he's had a lot to deal with lately I'll meet him where he is.
The rest of his messages come through:
Me: oh thank god
And @Spotify whether its a bug or not that puts these songs in my shuffles even when I have smart recommendations off I really need you to get your shit together because i want my playlist to be MY songs I selected.
@Spotify we gotta talk about smart shuffle babes. Because it's so dumb. Your algorithm is a great tool and it introduces me to a lot of good music but shoving songs into MY playlist without asking is insanely annoying.
Which honestly is fine for a computer and like a preschooler but it is not, at all, the vibe or having a crush and falling in love and I'm sure this works for some artists and songs with tons of Metadata and lots of listener histories but it doesn't work here.
You'd rather have a nice quarter profit than longevity that produces money and employment for years if the growth is too slow or hard to explain to dumbasses in power. Capitalism is gross.
Didn't think @EA or @Respawn could make me stop spending money on their silly game but here we are.
Whoever is driving these decisions is driving the game into the dirt. Capitalism choosing to squeeze blood from a stone instead of planting long term yields is CRAZY.
