✅ GoraDAO Executes Its First Proposal

The first governance proposal at GoraDAO has officially passed and been executed. As a result, unsold GoraBot NFTs and 171,250 $GORA tokens were permanently removed from the circulating supply.

This marks the conclusion of Phase 1 governance, which was exclusively available to holders of the original GoraBot NFTs designed by @ShuflLabs. The decision reflects the DAO’s early commitment to scarcity, value protection, and community-driven governance.

🗳️ Next Governance Vote Approaching

Following the successful execution of the first proposal, preparations are underway for the second GoraDAO vote.

🚀 Network Growth and Staking Milestones

The Gora ecosystem continues to expand at an impressive pace. This week, the network surpassed:

21 million $GORA staked, representing over 55% of the circulating supply.

169 active validator nodes, strengthening security and decentralization.

Just three months ago, in June, Gora celebrated 19 million staked tokens and 152 active nodes. The steady growth highlights increasing confidence in the network and its long-term potential.

🌍 $GORA Listed on KuCoin

In a major step for accessibility, $GORA is now listed on KuCoin, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges.

The listing gives community members the ability to trade and store $GORA using KuCoin’s integrated Web3 wallet, which functions similarly to MetaMask or Phantom but with direct exchange connectivity.

🧠 Gora Joins Mastercard Sandbox as a Service

Perhaps the most significant development this week is Gora’s inclusion in Mastercard’s Sandbox as a Service, making it the first Algorand-based project to be part of the program.

The Mastercard Sandbox provides a secure environment where financial institutions and fintech innovators can experiment with blockchain applications, including digital asset verification, compliance automation, and crypto-backed lending solutions.

At the core of Gora’s participation is its Enterprise Digital Asset Verification (EDAV) system, powered by App-Specific Oracles (ASOs). EDAV enables financial institutions to:
