Finding a Claude Code alternative with the quality of Opus has been quite the experience.

- OpenCode: The interface is impressive, definitely a game-changer. DeepAgents didn't quite deliver on features.
- TogetherAI: Using the private-hosted DeepSeek v4 PRO is going well.

The suspension of Claude for mistaken reasons appears to be a blessing in disguise.

Today, a 20-person team is coming into the office to see a message from Claude that the organization has been disabled.

Three weeks since my personal account was suspended, and now the org account was suspended yesterday.

No word from anyone. All I keep hearing is that their safety team is overloaded with requests, and I should hear back as soon as they can.

At this point…

7-hour Claude Code session building a Linear Agent API integration. 19 tests passing. Final step: set up a webhook tunnel to test end-to-end.

Claude Opus 4.7 itself suggested cloudflared tunnel --url http://localhost:3939 as the fastest path. I ran it. Verified the tunnel. Stepped away for 30 min.

Came back to an account suspension.

Been a paying subscriber since April 2024. Built my entire dev workflow on this ecosystem. The project literally uses claude -p and --agent -- documented CLI features -- to bridge Linear issues to Claude Code subagents.

@bcherny @ReadySetBrian Opus 4.7 caused my suspension. It recommended I use https://t.co/k8IpyINNsi to quickly test, instead of setting up the zerotrust subdomain in my Cloudflare account. I followed its advice, and almost immediately, I was suspended. (still hoping they revert this) 😒
