NHS staff with their ‘golden’ pensions costing the country £Millions.
Well it appears not to be the case 🤔

IMPORTANT: Consultant in England? This week I "saved" over £2,600* from my 24/25 AA bill by sending 2 emails! See how much you MAY be able to "save" on the table below i.e. a year 18 consultant with 30 years 1995 might save UP TO £7k (... get a more accurate estimate by finding your year / on call supplement and multiply your TROF (Tax Rip Off Factor) by years in 1995*
In preparation go onto ESR, download Mar 24, May 24 + Nov 24 payslips & 23/24 TRS - and then I will talk you through IF you are also affected by this "misallocated arrears" error from the backpay paid after industrial action in May '24 (download the payslip where those arrears were paid after our IA)
I will do a video and provide some email templates to see over the xmas break to see if you, like me, were affected by this error and how to fix it
Please share/ RT including on your FB / Whatsapp groups etc.
In preparation watch the instructional video so you know how to use the modeller and download from the links below

4/ along, its private sector wage growth that really drives inflation, not the public sector who have had their pay squeezed massively in comparison 👇
No wonder the prior government left the public sector on its knees. 😢

On the 6th October 2023 I shared a link on X to a Mail Online article entitled ‘Militant union leader at the heart of doctors strikes is a Labour activist who boasted of charging the NHS for a strike cover shift. I accept that my words were misleading as the subject in question Dr Tom Dolphin was not on strike on the date of the shift in question but was simply covering a shift as a consultant for junior doctors who were on strike on 11th August 2023. I would like to offer my sincerest apologies to Dr Dolphin for any distress upset caused. I will also like to add that I understand that Dr Dolphin actually donated his pay for the covered shift which I believe was £1870 to the BMA strike fund and whilst I do not agree with the strikes I want to go on the record to say that I think it is a very unselfish act on the part of Dr Dolphin to put his money into something he strongly believes in. I will make the same contribution to compensate the upset I may have caused Dr Dolphin. Please Repost.
Just for clarity, this is not true and we're not sure where the story has come from, certainly not us! Our demands remain urgent and full DDRB reform & re-appraisal of consultant pay & credible award for this year above inflation. https://t.co/6TxZcx7Kll
@gnickodonnell Plumbers charging £230/hr overnight on Dec 30th 2022 (not Xmas bank hols)… that’s £2760 for 12hrs work.
Why does anyone think a consultant anaesthetist should be paid/be worth less?
Many would think they should be paid more given the training/responsibility/debt&risk.
