@Uber_Support Hey There! Just want to bring a chronic malpractice that's going on in Vizag, India with Uber rides. On Sep 15, my driver asked INR 1500.00 for a ride which was showing approx INR 500.00. Driver said if I don't agree for 1500.00, I need to cancel the ride.
There is no point in bragging about your awards and presence when you can't provide a basic customer service to your customers. I am fed up with your employees and services. I am helpless coz I don't live in India or else I wud have got rid of you guyz long back.
