I am at the mercy of a delivery executive working for a third-party logistics company.

Facing a huge issue where your pick up agent is continously cancelling the pick up without any attempts. Regular calls to help line numbers and escalation through mails are all in vain.

Facing huge issue due to an unfulfilled online order 1575037.Customer care team over the helpline r having no information and each time one have to wait minimum 15-20 min before the call gets answered by an executive,who unfortunately talks rudely. Disappointed!!

Very disappointed with the services as one of my order which was supposed to get delivered on 7th July is still not delivered. Repeated calls to customer care is futile with no resolution.
