@1488heavy @RBX_mario118118 If you’re creating a part and in need to change the properties, it’s more efficient to change while the part isn’t parented to anywhere meaning you wouldn’t yield the thread or cause some performance, might have to do with roblox connecting signals to the newly parented part.
