For the past few months have heard a bad experience with @MTNza and I've been with them for a number of years.

@MTNza I've had a @TelkomZA - yes their uncapped data sucked at times. but they NEVER changed anything without my consent.

If anyone can help me sort this out, I would appreciate it - cause i am really getting more depressed each time i think about it.

Am not gonna refer to any DMs, cause I've disclosed my issue a number of times and it still results in me digging my pocket. No one at @MTNza is being held accountable for anything.

@MTNza Now as we speak they handed my account over to Saya Recoveries and now i need to pay debt worth R18k.

@MTNza Customer care told me that the account is a cash payment (Again, I did not give consent).

@MTNza Account 2: Was an upgrade (previously it was a debt order account). After the upgrade I noticed that the account was not being debit for two months - went to the store. was told to call @MTNza customer care.

@MTNza Account 1 : Debit orders were running fine for the past year and all of a sudden they started charging me +/-R935 from R435. when I called @MTNza they saying that my sim card was not capped at R0. why now?

I've sent messages, went to the store and no one really cared about the issues I have. accounts changing from debit order to cash without my consent.

@EMukumbo This thread is interesting. at this moment, i was planning on retiring early and i could use the property route to make that happen, with information shared here, it is going to be beneficial for myself.
