Sounds crazy but open AI dropped the wildest claim of 2026
Sol (their new frontier model) post-trained Luna (their new fast model) on its own, from a short prompt. An AI training another AI. And they shipped it to production.

Company consuming its own product that too in prod.

But the part that actually got me is that SOL looks at its own rendered output, decides it looks bad and fixes it. (without client’s permission)
