@AmazonHelp @amazon lied to me. My order got delayed and amazon promised me to issue a refund and keep the item as well. But when the item got delivered, no refund was issued. I tried contacting support multiple times, but they say the agent made false promise. We cannot honor it

@AJIOLife @AJIOLife I am not sure I understand! Why the return is being cancelled by Ajio? I raised complaint that the delivery guy is marking the return cancelled by customer or pickup failed. I want to return all the items mentioned in the return ids in my other post

@AJIOLife I have placed an exchange request and few return request but from the last 4 times no one ever attempted to deliver or pickup the items but marked the order as delivery attempted every time. Can you please help expedite this as my return window is near closing.

@AJIOLife @AJIOLife I received message that all my return items will be picked up today but no one came for the pickup & again marked as pickup failed. This is really frustrating because I did not receive any call as well & I don’t go anywhere from my house for the same reason.

@AJIOLife I have multiple returns ready to be picked up but the delivery guy from @delhivery is not attempting the pick up and every time marking it as “pickup cancelled by customer”. This has happened multiple times over last week. Can you please look into the matter urgently?
