I've filed with the CFTC. I've emailed Kalshi directly. I'm not stopping until I get my $57,443. If you got screwed on this market too, speak up. @KalshiEX@Coinbase — resolve the contract correctly.

CNN says Anthropic advertised. Reuters says it. NBC says it. Ad Age says it. Variety says it. Adweek confirmed it aired during Q1. Anthropic's own president went on Good Morning America to talk about THEIR ad. But Kalshi says no?
Meanwhile Polymarket resolved the IDENTICAL question as Yes. $397K volume. Anthropic — Outcome: Yes. Kalshi is the only platform on earth saying Anthropic didn't advertise during the Super Bowl.
Kalshi's contract says a qualifying ad is 'any commercial featuring the brand.' The brand is Anthropic. Anthropic aired a 30-second ad during the first quarter. What part of that doesn't qualify? They won't say because they can't
This is the actual email. Read it. They don't explain ANYTHING. They just say 'Anthropic's advertisement did not qualify' and link me to the contract terms — the same terms that prove I'm right.
UPDATE: Coinbase just sent me a form letter refusing my dispute. No explanation of which criteria the ad failed. Just 'it didn't qualify.' I've now filed a CFTC complaint. I'm not going away.
filed a formal complaint tonight. case on record. hour long phone call. 7 pages of evidence uploaded with every source agency link. polymarket screenshot. contract language. all of it.
im not going anywhere. re-resolve or see me at the CFTC and small claims court.
follow ur rules
@KalshiEX your own contract says Source Agencies determine the outcome. your own Source Agencies say Anthropic. re-resolve this NOW.
@Coinbase you listed this to your users. make it right.
@CFTC this is your regulated exchange resolving contracts against their own rules.
im not the only one getting cooked here. manifold traders already calling this a "bait market." people bought yes at 8 cents because they did real research and were RIGHT
how many people just got robbed tonight on a correct prediction?

let me get this straight
Anthropic paid $8-10M for the slot CEO Dario Amodei authorized it Daniela Amodei announced it on Good Morning America Sam Altman publicly beefed with them over it https://t.co/XqR1vBOJJs lists Advertiser = "Anthropic"
but kalshi says nah didn't happen
@Polymarket resolved the SAME exact question YES for Anthropic. $400K in volume. zero controversy. paid out clean.
kalshi is literally the only platform on earth saying this didn't happen lol

Recepits: CNN: "Anthropic's Super Bowl ad" Reuters: "Anthropic is spending millions to air commercials" CNBC: "Anthropic's first Super Bowl ad campaign" Ad Age: Anthropic listed as SB LX advertiser Adweek: "aired during the first quarter"
the contract literally says "The Expiration Value is documented by the Source Agency"
the Source Agencies are CNN, Reuters, NBC, ESPN, Ad Age, Variety, WSJ, AP
every single one calls it "Anthropic's Super Bowl ad"
so what are we doing here @KalshiEX#SuperBowlAds#Kalshi
I just lost $57,000 because @KalshiEX resolved Anthropic's Super Bowl ad contract as NO even though 120 million people watched it air during the first quarter lmao
