@seetickets I received a ticket resold through Twickets but it's only "shared" to me not appearing in my account, I can see it in the wallet. But I can't share it to the person who I have purchased it for. Can you help please, it's urgent.
@UPS_UK@dyingmoth what's the point of DMing you @UPS_UK? No one gets a proper answer, just like calling or emailing, not that you ever get a response there either. I used to believe UPS were the best out there, until I have had to experience the customer service failings and to be honest, lies
@UPS_UK missing package, constantly given the runaround from phone calls, telling me incorrect information, emails unanswered, DMs unanswered. No other way to speak to you, unacceptable
@Julian2017124@Freckles2Brains@TheDude924@SkySportsF1 I’m just asking for a back up of the assertion the evidence was false. Because that’s not been claimed, not upholding the severity of the allegations being worthy of further action is not the same as the evidence not existing. That’s all I’m saying.
@HMRCcustomers Been on hold for 1hr 14 minutes before being told that you can't take my call and cut me off. This is ridiculous. What are the chances of requesting a call back from HMRC?
@HMRCcustomers hello again, I think I am ok now, I don't think I actually need to amend the previous years based on what I think is correct or rather, what is allowable, so no need to provide any further help on accessing previous years. Thanks
@HMRCcustomers when claiming for relief for the previous 4 years, do you need a specific section in the SA or do you just add the total in the normal section for each type of claim?
@HMRCcustomers Sorry, another question - I've found I can Amed my previous year only. When I do, the total repayment due includes the amount I've already been repaid, will the difference be correctly applied rather than the total amount now shown?
@HMRCcustomers thank you, I thought so, but when I view anything before last year, it does not give me the option to amend, unless I'm looking in the wrong place
@HMRCcustomers All I'm really looking to find out is if claiming for previous years, you need to do it in your current SA or whether it is done separately, this is a general question for both this time and future understanding
