@airindia just keeps throwing me like a shuttle cock, IDR to SFO for July 28. Moved to 30th, then 31st now 30th again. They didn't even bother to tell me about the change! Now when I ask for a refund they told I already flew from Indore to Delhi so we'll give partial refund 😂

Next level fraud by @Swiggy @SwiggyCares. After promising a refund of INR 141 for a contaminated delivery they just won't send the money! All I get is please wait. UPI transfers take less than 1 minute to complete, looks like they are sending the money tied to a pigeon

Heights of insanity by @SwiggyCares. Got some NIC ice-cream but the box had a hole. Raised it with them within 5 minutes of order delivery along with video evidence. All they did was offer me ₹21 refund without admitting that it's their fault. Been over 3 days now

@SwiggyCares All I asked them was to replace it, attaching the email thread with their douche customer service. @zomato has a way superior customer experience. @Swiggy doesn't even know how to treat customers. Pure BS app, uninstalled right away
