I met this young, ambitious, well-spoken guy when he was 18. He was a first year student of our campus and is a contestant of one of the most impactful programs on campus, SCIB IDOL, and he was showing his strength as a mentalist. He didn't win the title, but he went on to win many hearts.
He won the National Championships in swimming. He was always a doer and a very good communicator and was very active during his college days. When he left the campus he walked away with the Star of SCIB Award, and he also got placed on campus with McKinsey, the global consulting giant.
At McKinsey his ambition of upgrading his knowledge made him visit to discuss about his future and education. I suggested to him to do master's and he wished to do in UK and he got the offer from many, but after we had a brief chat he joined with the University of Southampton one of the top 100 universities in the world. Since faculty colleagues of mine from the University of Southampton came to our campus regularly in Coimbatore, and since he also had impressive credentials, the university gave him a Deans's Scholarship of £8000 for his Master's program in Marketing Management. Thanks to DONNA.
When he moved in he met with my good friend and the most revered professor of Global Health Prof Sabu Padmadass. Professor Padmadass was happy to connect him to an interesting person with whom he also started his part-time job and career on the digital space and grew well with his accomplishments . I am sure he should have been very busy during the past one year. Now he has completed his Master's and is moving into a career. I wish him the very best for all his future endeavours.
Balaji Coimbatore Senthilkumar is special because he has accomplished everything, in spite of all the odds in his life. He backed himself, worked relentlessly, never gave up , never stayed in his comfort zone and turned every challenge into a milestone. I'm proud of you, Balaji. @

Ms. Smitha Shetty delivered a compelling presentation on the significance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices in today's global landscape. She emphasized that organizations aiming to make a mark on the global stage must prioritize not only profits but also responsibility towards the environment, society, and governance.

Mr. Sachin Mannath, captivated the crowd with his talk and songs on "Composing the Future: The Intersection of Music, Technology, Business & Innovations."
