@HyundaiIndia Installed reverse parking camera as an add-on from an authorised dealer, it stopped working in 9 months. Now I’m told the “warranty is over” and I must buy a new one.

Is this the quality & service expected from Hyundai? Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with my Samsung 4K TV bought from Croma on Sep 28, 2024. Just months in, a black pixel line has appeared—shocking quality for such a premium product. Filed a complaint on May 2. Let’s see how Croma and Samsung handle this.

Customer support is asking for a bill copy without which they cannot give me a solution it seems. It's been 2 yrs and the Customer is expected to keep the bill forever? Is this the quality of product we get for a premium paid? Hopeless!
