Indian railway worst service I have ever seen in this decade. In AC coach, ac works intermittently. Their complain numbers are not reachable. #RateIndianRailways - it’s 0 out of 10.

Flipkart Customer Service, Where is my flight cancellation refund? It’s now more than 120 days. I only receive auto emails that my refund will be processed in 120 days. Still I don’t have my refund @Flipkart @SayNoToFlipkart

@flipkartsupport Same response that you are looking into this matter and will revert with update. Are you really working or just providing auto generated messages to customer. Why don’t you show refund processing waiting time as 120days while ticketing. I am sure no customer will like this.

@Flipkart Worse customer service I ever got. They want customers to wait for 120 days to get refund for cancelled tickets. I never heard such SLAs. Funny part is they expect “ customer should chase their vendor airlines(@airindiain) for refund”. Very bad travel ticketing experien

@flipkartsupport It is again a month of follow up now and their is no update on my refund. It’s disgusting to see such a travel service. Can you imagine, you have to wait for 120days to get a refund for a cancellation done by airlines itself. Not happy with Flipkart travel services.

@Flipkart - I regret to say no one should use your travel service. They don’t even respond emails and getting a refund for a cancelled air india flight is a nightmare over call support. Struggling for more than a month now. No success yet. Incident no-IN2105091352496132628

@AmazonHelp actually they have taken debit card details from my Mom by making fraud call, and made transactions. I don't have their info.

@amazon hi amazon, I tried to cancel a fraud transaction but amazon representative didn't help properly. I gave transaction ID also.
