@Section_X_ @INCIndia The claim is partly true-eg. Telangana & Karnataka do have high rates, but it’s not absolute.The toilet tax is real in Congress-led Himachal Pradesh (₹25 per seat), but it’s not a widespread Congress policy. The statement exaggerates both points.

@rachitseth Our education system is not research oriented.We are taught to mug up our syllabus just to get good marks in exams.We are never trained/inspired for inventions/innovation rather forced to get any Government jobs else we will not get dowry & good life partner
