Day 7 of asking @Etihad for a refund

@Etihad has confirmed they won’t refund the ~950$ charged for correcting a one-letter typo in my name. I booked with Etihad, paid Etihad.

I’ll now escalate this to Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA), I will keep everything posted here.

@EtihadHelp Yeah Pika, I've seen the response. Disappointed that the final outcome is simply a refusal to refund.
