@TK_HelpDesk My flight starts from tomorrow at 11am and you guys are playing with my seat confirmation and removing my and my baby's seats and not allocating me seats even though I paid for it!

Your team is not informing me if i have been charged for all and they will provide me the remaining missing bag allowance and reserved seats or i need to book all this extra now? Or will I receive a refund for everything so i can book again. My Booking has turned into a nightmare

I booked 4 flights from Frankfurt to Istanbul to Antalya and back with Extra fly, I got only 2 extra fly after making the payment. I booked a bassinet seat and an extra leg room seat next to me for each of these 4 flights and I received only 1 after the confirmation!
