The live status of flight shows it took off eventually at 1930 hours
In such case of time changes, neither intimation nor call from check-in gate officer is fair enough?
@flyspicejet Extremely disappointed. My BOM–MAA flight was delayed 4+ hours (1:10 AM → 5:20 AM) with no refreshments provided. On return MAA-BOM flight (7:55 PM), I reached gate at 7:25 PM yet was denied boarding without any calldespite updated contact detail at check-in gate.
When we travellers support your delays, and we cooperated in the morning flight delay even without any refreshments provided
Why don’t you guys understand that due to your delays, my Chennai commitment got delayed too, leading to this mishap in return flight
