Someone from @creditkarma called me back I explain the urgency considering the store has now closed, at that time I had 45 minutes. A rep transferred me to a supervisor who has now transferred me to well I have no idea #backonhold

The app for @creditkarma did not offer me to add the virtual card to my apple wallet. Instead of fixing it the chat rep locked the account. Refused to get someone to call me, I called them waited 10 minutes on hold to get an offer for a callback
