Dear @TATAAIGIndia and @volkswagenindia
My vehicle’s Rear Axle got damaged during normal use.

Tata AIG rejected insurance claim stating that NO external impact was observed during the survey.

Volkswagen rejected warranty stating that the damage was CAUSED by external impact.

I have asked both companies to provide the technical evidence, inspection reports, photographs and findings supporting their conclusions. No clear explanation has been provided so far.

Is this how customers are treated after paying for both insurance and warranty coverage?
