@reliancejio I took a new Jio Wi-Fi connection on 18th August. The salesperson falsely committed that the installation would be completed within 24 hours. It has now been over a week, and nobody has even arrived for installation.

@reliancejio @reliancejio Please investigate the salesperson’s conduct, the unauthorised charge taken in Jio’s name, and the complete failure to provide the promised installation. I request an immediate resolution instead of another escalation with no action.
