Ma'am, I am a resident of Cuttack. To stay fit and healthy, me and 6 of my friends were playing cricket in our private compound in an open area of approx 10,000 sq ft with proper distancing when we were stopped by police authorities. @AnanyaDasIAS @dcp_cuttack @CMCCuttack
