Very poor experience. Brand new JBL SB550 is defective out of the box, subwoofer not working. Complaint UP-C130426-97628 raised, no action yet. Not acceptable to wait for a faulty product. Immediately replace/refund or will escalate legally.

@MiIndiaSupport i recently bought x43 smart tv and Dolby Vision content on Netflix or hotstar is not working properly. DoVi Content stutters and processing is weird. Is there any solution for this? What is the use of 4k if you can't really watch in 4k with DoVi.

@Flipkart I ordered a product which was delayed and cancelled from flipkart.I ordered same on 30 June which was expected on 1 July but not delivered yet. Due to delay it was then expected on 4th July but there is no update yet. There was no response/support form @flipkartsupport
