pathetic management by irctc every day in this tour, tour started on21/06everyday bus aren't on time neither train is taking passenger on time, almost all passenger are 60+

and *it's not physically right thing to make them cross platform after 12AM especially when already arrived at railway station at 9.30pm.* we all 400+ passengers who are facing issues.
