@Transport_gc @TorontoPearson My parents are landing end Feb as they have been approved PR. Since they would be landing as PR and have a house do they still need to stay in the hotel for 3 days.? They will be landing with a COVID test and 14 quarantine plan will be updated in ArriveCan app

@CitImmCanada I have applied for my Parents PR in Jan 2019. As of June 16, 2020 I received “invitation to Pre-arrival services”. When I view my application it says “Your action is required” under current status. Can you advise what is required from our end?

@CitImmCanada For my parents pr they mailed the documents to Sydney, NS and was received on March 12. I wanted to know is there any delay due to covid because their profile does not have any notification about receiving the mail

@CitImmCanada Hi for parents PR we were suppose to mail the documents to Sydney, Nova Scotia and the package was sent way before the deadline but the courier company has sent it to 3rd party for further transfer due to closure of certain countries & we cannot track it.

@Lufthansa_USA Flight LH 0760 was delayed beyond order and was redirected to multi pal locations as on 13th December and was harnessed to get a connecting flight. Worst service and no compensation. We need an answer
