Shocked by the pathetic experience with @JioMart@JioMart_Support. Received a DAMAGED product & despite repeated complaints, there's no resolution/refund. Outright negligence & deficiency in service under Consumer Protection Act.

@IRCTCofficial That's not what e-catering rules say. One can cancel meal before chart preparation. I & many others are not at all able to access 1323 on phone.

@amazonIN Please help me out of this situation. Account has been temporarily locked due to recent unusual attempts to sign in by hackers. The mail asks me to follow the process but I end up at the below page from where I have nowhere to go. Have customer care folks call me ASAP.

I can't just travel across coaches to find the right personnel to report my grievance. Movement through a crowd with potentially many general & ticketless passengers is not feasible. Thanks again!
@RailwaySeva There is a passenger in my compartment not willing to lower the middle berth and it's daytime right now. Can you really do something about it? I have given up on the 139 circus folks. My PNR- 6931934836
