फिर भी SC/ST एक्ट के ग़लत इस्तेमाल पर कोई चर्चा तक करने को तैयार नहीं है।

कहा तो जाता है कि 100 गुनहगार छूट जायें पर एक मासूम नहीं फँसना चाहिए.. ग़लत केस में फँसे मासूम जनरल केटेगरी के हों तो फ़रक नहीं पड़ता क्या?
