As a regular devotee of Lord Venkateswara and a strong supporter of the present Government, I am writing this with genuine concern regarding my ₹300 Special Entry Darshan on 21st June.

After our tickets were scanned, we were made to wait in Compartment No. 31 for nearly 3 hours. There was no staff available to assist devotees in case of an emergency. Emergency telephones were installed, but no one answered
