Telugu states recorded ₹136Cr for KGF, the highest-ever for a non-Telugu film. Baahubali did ₹126Cr in Karnataka and that too with a huge Telugu audience in Karnataka/Bengaluru. Most importantly remember Karnataka banned Bahubali Kannada Dubbing in 2017 when released and also made lot of nuisance for telugu movie releases in Bengaluru

The movie had so much story to tell, but instead of dragging a few character scenes, they should’ve used that time to establish who Yash is, what he does in Goa, and the fear/power he holds.

Macau in the 2nd half was so confusing I barely understood it while watching. Only after coming out did I connect the dots.. Goa post-1947.. Yash’s ambition to rule, love/family drama, son… so much happens, but the execution miserably fails to connect it all.

Fast paced 1st 30 mins. Rushed & confusing.
2nd half same issue. Because of rushed characters Macau scenes had no proper.

Circus & ladies fight & Action Sequences🥵
DOP, grand visuals/sets/VFX 🥶

Negatives: 👎
Starts total confusing 🫠
No character / story establishment 😬
BGM didnt help in times 🫠

Overall: Visually grand film held by confus storytelling. #Yash is the biggest positive, but writing/narrative flow hurts experience.
