17 जुलाई को रात के करीब 11:30 पर मैंने उत्तम नगर ईस्ट मेट्रो टोकन काउंटर से इंद्रप्रस्थ की टोकन मांगी उसने टोकन दिया और 40 की 50 चार्ज किया। हालाँकि उनको मालूम था लास्ट ट्रैन निकल गई है। जब मैं प्लेटफार्म पंहुचा मुझे पता चल�� अब कोई ट्रैन नहीं है। @OfficialDMRC

मैंने उन्हें टोकन वापस करने को कहा तो उन्होंने रिफंड नहीं और टोकन वापस रख कर मुझे साइड गेट से एग्जिट करवा दिया।उसने 10 रु जो एक्स्ट्रा लिए थे वापस किये पर टोकन रिफंड नहीं दिया।वापस निकलते समय उसने मुझे गाली भी दी। बहुत ही बतमीज़ कर्मचारी था। कृप्या इसकी जांच करे।

Traveling in 14009 (Champaran Satyagrah) from BMKI to ANVT. Train just arrived at the departure station, the coaches are too dirty and toilets are also not clean.

I'm travelling from Anand Vihar to Bapudham Motihari in 12558 (Sapt Kranti Super Fast Express). In coach S4 not even a single charging board is working. If someone has emergency then how will he manage?

@RailwaySeva Complaint is registered but the problem is not resolved yet. This train is stopping at every small station. Even passenger trains are crossing this train. It seems goods trains are better than this. @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia
