@BigRock support team disconnected the calls [twice] as I'm asking support to approve my authority for a stolen domain name. Customer Id: 18217860

BigRock needs better customer support to handle such events. Need urgent support from the abuse team.

@NameSilo, the registrant where the stolen domain name has been moved, has better customer service. They understood the issue and suggested a resolution.

Now, it's tough to make @BigRock support team make understand the domain was stolen.
